Hello, I'm Matthew,

I have recently moved to Enschede in a semi-detached house within walking distance of the city centre. This is a former student house. For my work I am away from home for two weeks every month. To lighten the load and of course for the fun I am looking for a nice housemate! The house is equipped with solar panels, the attic is insulated and looks neat. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are for shared use and then there are two rooms left.

Who wants to become my housemate in a top location in Enschede?

The building still has a permit to rent it to 4 people so officially registering is of course no problem. Student or now working is not that important to me as long as there is a nice click.
