Kamer in G.J. van Heekstraat

Due to the unexpected leaving of a housemate, we're looking for someone new ASAP.

Huize Zwit is looking for new housemates. Currently, the group consists of five students: two Dutch and three international, three male and two female, aged between 18 and 28. We have no obligations to each other within the house. We try to organize a house activity together occasionally, but this is not a frequent occurrence. We generally don't eat together.

The house is beautifully situated above the Lidl supermarket in Twekkelerveld, and the Albert Heijn supermarket is also right on the doorstep. It has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and roof terrace. We also have a washing machine and dishwasher.

The available room is a spacious room but with a sloped roof leaving less usable space, an openable skylight. The rent is 450, plus approximately 25 for the washing machine and internet.
