Hi! We have a room available in our cozy (international) house in Enschede starting November 1st. The rent is 400/month (excluding internet). Internet costs an additional 17/month, bringing the total to 417/month. About the house: Our house has a large kitchen, a cozy living room with a TV, a beautiful backyard, a dishwasher, and a washing machine! You'll be sharing the house with three friendly housemates: Luis (23, ), Ana (24, ), and Puck (21, ). Once you've moved in, there will be four of us. We're all friendly, sociable, and enjoy cooking, drinks, and cozy game nights. Location: The house is located in the southwest of Enschede, close to everything you need: 10-15 minutes to the University of Twente 10 minutes to Saxion University and the city center 5 minutes to Albert Heijn, Jumbo and other shops 20 minutes to Rutbeek Lake. We are looking for a friendly and sociable housemate who enjoys a warm and cozy atmosphere.
