Kamer in Herculesstraat

--Internationals welcome--

We have 1 room opening up in our student house close to the university and Lidl/Albert Heijn. The house has a modern, clean and respectful vibe, perfect for people who want a comfortable space to focus on studies, relax, be with friends after lectures, and feel at home.

The house is spacious and has a balanced ventilation system which keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter. The air is clean, fresh and not humid throughout the house.

The neighbourhood, including this house was newly built as of summer 2024. There is an individual climate control from each of the rooms.

We are a house with mixed nationalities and genders.
