Dear potential roomie,

Since Liz will be leaving us, we are looking for a new housemate to bring our number back up to four. The house is located 2 km from the University of Twente and 2 km from the station. Additionally, there is a park very nearby, with several supermarkets are within a 5-10 minute bike ride. The room is approximately 10m², and the base rent is 330 euro with utilities (gas, water, electricity) costing around 35 euro. The house has a shared shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a shared kitchen that functions as a living room.

Aike studies Mechanical Engineering at the University of Twente and is 25 years old. He loves sports and is a member of the canoe and ice hockey clubs. He has an on-and-off relationship with model building. He also enjoys gaming, watching series, and socializing.

Kore is 22, and is the international one of the house (Swedish). She studies fine art at the AKI and loves anything related to art and media.

Hugo, our resident senior citizen, is 26 and studies Civil Engineering at Saxion. In his free time, he engages in ballroom dancing, cooking, reading, and gaming. If there is any time left, Hugo usually spends it making extremely mediocre puns.

We are looking for someone who enjoys eating together during the week and doing things like playing board games or pool. An occasional drink is also very enjoyable. However, we do not have mandatory house evenings, so if you prefer doing your own thing, that's perfectly fine. All of us are all in the later stages of our studies, so we prefer someone who already has some experience living away from home.
