We are looking for a friendly new student housemate (aged 16 to 30) for our recently fully renovated student house.

The available room comes with flooring, built-in lighting, plenty of power outlets, CO-controlled ventilation, and a UTP connection for your computer.

The rent is 625,- per month, including gas, water, electricity, and the use of the furnished common areas. Internet costs are shared among the housemates.

The house is shared with up to six students and is equipped with all modern conveniences. The large living room is furnished, and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a spacious storage area.

On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen, a large living room with access to the garden and storage shed, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. There is also a small basement and a separate toilet.

The first floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom (shared by the residents on that floor). Additionally, there is a large attic room available.

The house is located close to the city center and Saxion University, making it an ideal place to live.
