Hey,

One of our housemates is moving out so we're looking for a new housemate. Our house is located at 15-20 min cycling to the UT, 10 minutes to Saxion and there is a grocery store at 5 minutes walking distance. The room will cost 475 per month including gas, water and electricity costs.

You will share the kitchen and bathroom with toilet with 3 housemates. We don't have a living room. In total, we're living with 6 persons, from UT, Saxion and ArtEZ. Some people do make music regularly in their room so if you would like to as well, that would be no problem at all. We're a very independent house without mandatory activities, we don't eat together and you only be required to do some cleaning once in a while. To keep our house balanced, we're looking for a woman.

De room coming free is in the attic. It's not that big but you do have closet space on both sides under the roof so you won't need a seperate closet.
