Hi, we are Sjef Huis! We're a friendly and relaxed student house located about 5km from the University of Twente and just a 10-minute walk from the city center. Our house has four rooms, two of which are currently available for rent.

Our cozy home includes a small but functional kitchen and living room, adequate for four residents. We also have a garden and a small terrace, along with a space to park bicycles. The rent is 360 per month, plus approximately 80 for utilities and internet. We kindly ask that you do not bring pets or smoke in the house.

We are a mixed household. (Currently we're with one girl and one enby). We're pretty laid-back (as long as everyone takes care of their responsibilities). We enjoy hanging out and having dinner together when it suits us, but we also respect each other's personal space and time. We're looking for roommates who want more than just a room to live in, and would like to enjoy some companionship without feeling obligated to hang out all the time.
