Room for rent near the University of Twente!

Hey everyone! My roomate is moving out soon, so his room will be available at Saturnusstraat, in Enschede. Its just 5 mins from UT (8 by walk) and 15 mins to the city center by bike .

800/month, all-in (electricity, gas, water, and wifi).

1 month of deposit, refundable at the end of the contract.

Available from December 1st, preferably for someone staying at least a year.

The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished comfy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and even a cozy garden . However, if youre interested, he can sell you the furniture for the bedroom shown in the pics (bed, shelves, etc.).

The house has two toilets and one bathroom/shower, and its spacious enough to feel comfortable. Youll be sharing it with me, a Colombian guy (chill, coffee lover, and easygoing!).

Also there's storage room and extra room that can be used as studio.

Registration at the municipality is possible.

Ideally looking for an MSc student or a PhD/researcher.
