A room in a fully furnished single-family house is available for rent. The house is centrally located, near the Enschede city center, 2.8 km from Enschede Central station and 2,3 km from U Twente. The rental period is one year minimum, starting on August 15. The place is only for quiet and mature persons, MSc, Ph.D., Postdocs, lecturers, professors, or visiting researchers. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living & dining room, a utility room, and a beautiful garden.
The house is rented per room with an individual contract for two guests (850 Euros per room, all-inclusive). Registration is possible. Rental allowance is not possible. Adults should be a minimum of 23 years old (no exceptions).
