Hey future housemate!

A room will become available in our cozy student house in July, so were looking for a fun, social female student to join us.

Youll be living with three other housemates: two guys and one girl. We enjoy spending time together now and then, like having a drink, or just chilling in the living room but everyone also does their own thing. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, nothing is forced and everything is possible.

The location is great: only 5 minutes by bike to Saxion and 15 minutes to the University of Twente, and just around the corner from Lidl and Aldi. The room comes furnished and were looking for someone whos willing to take over the furniture (price is negotiable).

Rent is 507 per month including utilities. Registration at the address is possible. The landlords drop by once a year to make sure everything stays in good shape, so the house is well-maintained.
