The room will be available from late August or early September and the rent is 850 per month, excluding utilities. The lease is long-term.

i. The application must be complete (your motivation for this property, when you can

start renting and how long you would like to rent here)

ii. Candidates must respond within 48 hours to confirm that they are still interested, if

no response is received in time, it will be assumed that there is no interest and the

selection procedure will stop. If there is a compelling reason, an exception can be

made.

iii. If there is such a large age difference with the current residents, this may be a

reason for rejection, the current residents determine this limit

iv. Candidates will be invited for a viewing based on the order in which their application

was received

v. Candidates introduce themselves, so that current residents can find out whether

sustainable cohabitation is realistic and whether they feel comfortable and safe with

this candidate (detailed explanation about who you are, what you find important

about living together with others and what others can do expect when they live with

you)
