Looking for a nice room because you study in Eindhoven or the surrounding area?

Then this is your chance! You can reach campus or Stratum in just 20 minutes by bike or just 10 minutes by train (a win!).

So, who are we? We're a seven-person student house called Huize Heggie, consisting of three guys and four girls (one of whom is leaving) who study at TUe or Fontys. We enjoy BBQs when the weather is nice and always make time for a game of Mario kart, a drink, a movie, karaoke, or other fun things in the evenings. We sometimes eat together, but no pressure - we are all busy with studying and such.

Our beautiful house has two kitchensone for each floora shared bathroom and two toilets. And last but not least, a fantastic roof terrace where you'll always find someone to hang out.

The available room is located on the first floor, facing the city center. It's approximately 14m² and has its own sink.

Another great advantage of the room is its location: a 6-minute walk from the station, a 2-minute walk to an Albert Heijn supermarket and Nettorama, a 5-minute bike ride to a Lidl, and a 3-minute walk to the square with restaurants, cafes, and stores!

The room comes with a number of pieces of furniture. For this, we ask a one-time fee of 275. The furniture includes: a bathroom cabinet, a bedside table, a storage cabinet, a combination microwave, a desk, and a chair.
