The train station is just a 10minute walk from the apartment. A few hundred meters away youll find the municipal underground parking garage Kazerneplein, where you can park your car (sometimes paid, sometimes free).

The apartment is ideal for expats, travelers, business commuters, tourists, students, and interns. The property is suitable for one person only and will only be rented to a single tenant. It is available for a temporary rental period of 6 months, with the possibility to extend in additional 6month terms upon agreement. Shorter staysfrom a few weeks to a few monthsare also possible. The price depends on the length of stay. The listed price is per month for stays of 3 months or longer. For stays shorter than 3 months, the price will be calculated per day/week/month in consultation.

Fully furnished and ready to move in. Internet is included. Rent includes gas, water, electricity, and internet. Municipal taxes are settled separately, approximately 300 per year.

Smoking, (soft) drugs, and pets are not allowed.

The studio has a shared entrance with a small vestibule.
