Quiet and tidy tenant wanted for the period until December 31, 2027. Specifically looking for someone who is studying and, for example, is seeking a pleasant place to stay during the week due to travel distance.

The tenant must be a student who wishes to live in another municipality for their studies (so not yet living in Gouda), this due to legal reasons.

We have had a good experience with an international student as previous tenant.

The house was renovated in 2023, including a new floor, HR++ double glazing, bathroom, and kitchen. The bicycle can be parked next to the front door in the front garden.

The shared bathroom features a rain shower, floor heating, toilet, heated mirror, and sink. The shared kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop.

The private spaces consist of two rooms: one (photo 1) of 9 m² to be used as a bedroom, and a second room as a living room of 6 m². The living room also has a wired internet connection and a private refrigerator.

Use of the washing machine and dryer are included, as well as internet, water, gas, and electricity.

- Registration with the municipality is required as of the start of the rental contract

- Gouda train station and the city center are a 15-minute bike ride away

- Bloemendaal shopping center is a 5-minute bike ride away

The displayed furnishings are included. If desired, the current tenants furniture can be taken over by mutual agreement. This includes, among other things, a desk with chair and a clothes rack.
