Appartement in Invasiestraat

Spacious three-bedroom apartment in a great location in Groningen, close to the central train station and Stadspark. A small shopping center is within a maximum of a five-minute walk.

The apartment is currently partially furnished and not yet fully finished. This is because I have not been living here for very long and will soon be leaving for a 5-6 month exchange semester. There is therefore room to add additional furniture or furnishings if desired (by mutual agreement).

The apartment does come with several essential items, including a refrigerator, washing machine, induction cooktop, sofa, bed frame, and other basic furnishings.

Please note: I would like to continue using the storage unit that belongs to the apartment to store my own belongings. If you are happy with that arrangement, we can discuss a reduction in the rent.

Please also note: This is an older apartment in a traditional walk-up building, which means sound carries quite easily. You will regularly hear the neighbors, and they may hear you as well. The downstairs neighbor can sometimes be a bit sensitive to noise in the evenings, so I am preferably looking for a quiet and considerate tenant.
