The apartment is located in a prime spot along the canal, opposite Poelestraat, on the second floor with a view of the Martini Tower. A private roof terrace makes it complete.

You'll have your own living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with toilet. The apartment was fully renovated 3.5 years ago (apart from the bathroom) and comes partly furnished. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and an induction hob. The bathroom has a washing machine, included in the rent.
