Appartement in Zwanestraat

Hi! I'm Beatriz, a 24-yo expat living in Groningen for about 3 years. :)

I have sub-renting my lovely and cozy 1-bedroom apartment from the 21st of July until the end of august 2025 (end date can be discussed).

This is perfect if you want to go to viewings to find something permanent, explore Groningen before your studies (like going to the KEI week and such) and just enjoy the summer in Groningen! You have everything you need within a 10 min walk or a 5 min bike ride.

The house is equipped with everything you need, including a couch that becomes a double-bed and I can lend you my bike to get around :)

Rent for the whole period is 950.- including all utilities (but can be discussed)
