The house is located near the Korrewegwijk district and the Noorderplantsoen park. Albert Heijn supermarket is 550 meters away, and the Jumbo and Aldi supermarkets (Beren, Korrewegwijk) are 1000 meters away. The train station (2800 m) and the city center (1800 m) are easily accessible!

The rent for this property is 406, including Evacuation Route Safety and municipal taxes. Gas, water, electricity, and internet are not included, as the housemates are responsible for these. The deposit for the property is equal to one month's rent.
