Three housemates live in the house, with whom you share the kitchen, toilet and shower. There is a pleasant, nice atmosphere in the house. There is always room for a chat, but it is also very possible to retreat to your room to quietly focus on your studies.

The Bankastraat is located near the Beren (with a Jumbo, Aldi, drugstore and a hairdresser). With a 5-minute bike ride you are in the city center and Zernike can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. With several bus stops nearby, public transport accessibility is good. Parking is possible with a parking permit on the street.

The rental price of this living space is 514,- incl. G/W/E, internet and municipal taxes. The deposit for the living space is equal to one month's rent.

A non-smoking policy applies to all our rental units, pets are not allowed and we always request a landlord's statement.
