Vinkietown House is looking for a new flatmate from 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2027, with the possibility of an extension. The room is unfurnished, measures 12 m², and is located on the first floor. The rent is 450 all-inclusive.

The room is located in Vinkhuizen, close to the Zernike campus. A shopping centre with various supermarkets and shops is a 3-minute bike ride away. The city centre is a 12-minute bike ride away.

In addition to the room, you will share the large communal kitchen, bathroom, toilet and lovely garden. You will be sharing this with us: Eve (26) from Ireland, who is completing her Masters in Spatial Sciences, and Luna (25) from the Netherlands, who works in the media. We are looking for someone who is also in the final stages of their studies or is working. We dont have any set rules in the house, but we do enjoy doing things together now and then! For example, we regularly eat together or do fun things on the spur of the moment.

The house has a garden, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
