Hi there!

Vinkietown House is looking for a new flatmate from 1 October 2026 to 31 August 2027, with the possibility of an extension. The room is unfurnished, measures 12 m², and is on the 2nd floor. The rent is EUR 450, all inclusive.

The room is situated in Vinkhuizen, close to the Zernike campus. A shopping centre with various supermarkets and shops is a 3-minute cycle away. The city centre is a 12-minute cycle away.

As well as the room, youll share the large communal kitchen-diner, bathroom, toilet and lovely garden. Youll be sharing this with us: Pia (24, German), who is studying for a Masters in Economic Geography, and Luna (26, Dutch), who works in the media. Were looking for someone who is also in the final stages of their studies or is working. We dont have any set rules in the house, but we do enjoy doing things together every now and then! For example, we regularly eat together or organise spontaneous fun activities.

The house has a garden, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher.
