Seeking new roommate Internationals welcome

Room of 9m2 for 585 excl. available on first floor of student house. Small room but the size is compensated by a big living-kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a big garden with shed turned tv-room. The available room easily fits a bed, closet and desk (bed and closet need to be taken over by new roommate), and the room also has a sink.

The house is ideally located in the Korrewegwijk with an Albert Heijn right around the corner and a Lidl and Action at walking distance. It is a quick 7 min bike ride to the city center and 15 mins biking to Zernike

We are two guys, 25, Jozef and Tai. One just finished his History Bachelors and the other is studying Arts, Culture and Media. Our departing roommate studies Art History. As she's leaving we're looking for a nice new roomate. We're a laid back household, without any obligatory housenights, but we do enjoy sitting together, drinking a beer (or other alcoholic beverages) and sometimes going out into the city. We smoke (in the garden). Sometimes also the green stuff. We also like to hang out and watch films and tv-shows together.
