The room is guaranteed to be available for 6 months. After that period, I can offer extensions in 2-month increments, with notice. How many extensions will be possible is still uncertain. If it can't be extended, I'm happy to help you search for a new place.

About the Room:

Starting July 1 (preferably July 10 for a smoother transition), a private bedroom of approx. 16 m² will become available in a modern 105 m² apartment that youll share with just me.

What the apartment offers:

Located in a beautiful building by the water

-Only 10 minutes by bike to Zernike Campus, 7 minutes to the city center

-Private bicycle parking & residents-only gym access

-Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom

-Rent: 950/month, all-inclusive (gas, water, electricity, internet, municipal taxes)

-Deposit: 1 months rent

-Minimum stay: 6 months guaranteed, with the possibility of 2-month extensions afterward

The room is furnished and includes the following items to be taken over:

Bed, desk, lamp, small cabinet, clothing rack, nightstand

Mattress available if desired

You are welcome to use my wardrobe and rug free of charge during your stay

Furniture takeover cost: approx. 350

(This will be coordinated through my current flatmate)

About you:

I'm looking for a female tenant between the ages of 20 and 28 who is tidy, independent, and respectful. Someone who enjoys having their own space and leads an organized and peaceful lifestyle.

Exchange students are not eligible for this room.
