Kamer in Gorechtkade

Hey!

We are Aaron, Klara and Dorothea and we are looking for a new roommate starting August 1! We are a mixed house, with a Dutch, Italian and a Greek. We are all in our 20s, and therefore looking for someone who is 20+ as well!

The four of us share the kitchen, toilet and bathroom. We also have a very nice large garden, ideal for sitting outside together in the summer and hanging your laundry. There is also a garden shed and an attic that we use for storage.

We are a quiet house, two of us are students and the other is working. Therefore, we are looking for someone who falls between those as well. We enjoy playing games together, going to town for a day, hiking and eating. We also like to picnic in front of the house by the water when the weather is nice. Apart from the cleaning schedule, there are no other obligations.

The room is about 10m2 and the rent is 347 incl. the deposit is 247. The room has its own sink and overlooks the garden. Anky, our current roommate who is leaving the room, has some furniture, such as a bed, closet and desk, which she would like to pass on for a good price. All this in consultation.

Registration at the address possible. The hospi will take place in the evening on July 9 (time will follow).
