Kamer in Gratamastraat

Hi everyone,

We are urgently looking for a kind and friendly female housemate to join our apartment at Gratamastraat 38a in Groningen from March. Because of timing, we hope to find someone within the next 2 days, so please only respond if you are seriously interested and available.

You would be living with us, Irem (19, Pharmacy student from the Netherlands) and Ilaria (18, International & European Law student from Italy). We speak English at home and have a warm, relaxed atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and at home.

We dont have fixed house nights, but we enjoy spending time together cooking, sharing tea, or watching a movie. At the same time, we respect each others routines and privacy. We have a cleaning schedule and like to keep the apartment tidy and pleasant for everyone.

The room is 6 m² and the rent is 628 per month (including utilities), with a deposit of the same amount. The apartment was renovated just over a year ago and is still very modern and new. It includes underfloor heating, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a balcony.

We are open to Dutch and international students, but we are specifically looking for a female housemate. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
