Concerns:

Neat unfurnished room of 13m2 in an excellently facilitated flat. Shared spaces include a living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom and toilet. Together accounting for 55m2. The apartment is located in a quiet green neighborhood, complemented with a great balcony view to the west. It is also conveniently located near the Noorderplantsoen, and not too far away from the Zernike campus. Please note that this not a party place, rather a proper neat apartment that is meant to be kept that way. Weekends are of course for leisure, hence of course a bit of relaxation with friends is welcomed.

Appartment includes:

*Washing machine

*Fast wifi with coverage throughout the flat.

You will share the flat with me, a male housemate who is working.

Registration is possible.

*Lease period from mid June / 1st July for 6 months with possibility to have it extended.

*All-in rent rate of 700 EUR / month, one-time security deposit of 1000 EUR.

Please note WA insurance is mandatory to obtain beforehand.
