The apartment is located in a quiet green neighbourhood, complemented with a great balcony view to the west. It is also conveniently located near the Noorderplantsoen, and not too far away from the Zernike campus. Please note that this not a party pad, rather a proper neat apartment that is meant to be kept that way. Leisure activity is of course welcomed as we all need to relax a little.

You will share the flat with me, a considerate male housemate who is working during the weekdays.

*All-in rent rate of 800 EUR / month, one-time security deposit of 1000 EUR.
