Kamer in Hoekstraat

For the period from April until September, we are looking for a subtenant for a spacious room in our house at Hoekstraat in Groningen.

The room is the largest room in the house and is located on the top floor/attic level. It is a large room with enough space to comfortably use as both a bedroom and a study or work area.

You will be living in a friendly student house with a total of 12 housemates. You will share the kitchen and laundry room with the other residents. In addition, you will share a bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor with 3 other housemates.

We are looking for a subtenant because one of us will be going abroad for half a year. Therefore, we are looking for someone who will treat the room and shared spaces with care during this period. A student or someone looking for temporary accommodation in Groningen would be a good fit.
