Small but nice room near groningen Station. The room itself is about 8m2 with a big built-in closet.

You will share our big living room, as well as the bathroom and kitchen with 2 housemates. One is working and one other student.

We eat together when possible, and like to have a beer or go out together.

we also like sport and gaming.

Amenities and public transport are at walking distance, and the Station is just about 5minutes by bike.

The room comes with a bed, desk, nightstand and cupboard for below the sink for 75.

There is no deposit for the house, and the cost for our internet and rented washing machine are split among us.
