Hey! We are looking for a new roommate in our student house in Vinkhuizen from the first of July until the first of February (6 months).

Youll share the house with 4 other great roommates. At the moment we do house nights every 2nd week and we consider ourselves to be a very social house that does a lot together. The house has shared spaces such as a living room, kitchen, bathroom, shower, and our personal highlight - a front and back garden. It is located within walking distance to grocery stores and only 5 minutes biking from the Zernike campus.

I am subletting the room, so it comes fully furnished for a deposit of 100. The rent is around 520 per month including utilities, with a one-time deposit of 350. . Due to previous personal investments into the house, I pass on a one-time amortisation fee of 68.66 that you will receive back once you move out. Registration with the municipality is possible.
