Dear room-seeking girls,

Starting early April, three rooms will become available in our house near the Juliana viaduct! The house is currently undergoing a full renovation and will have a brand-new kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, so youll be living in a lovely fresh home

The rooms are:

Approximately 15 m² (photo 6) for 601 excl.

Approximately 19 m² for 627 excl. with a loft for your bed (photo 7/8)

Approximately 17 m² (photo 9) for 627 excl.

The house also has a shared living room (photo 5), a balcony, and a secure place to store your bike! (Utilities are about 40 extra per month.)

The location is ideal: you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Grote Markt in less than 10.

We are two girls (pictured left and right) aged 20 and 21, both studying International Business. We are active in G.S.T.C and Aegir and think its nice if you are or would like to become active in some association too, but thats definitely not required! We have a house night every Tuesday and enjoy doing things together outside of that as well. Our doors are always open for each other, and were looking for someone who enjoys eating together, hanging out, and truly being part of the house
