Available immediately: a spacious room in a student house in Paddepoel, located near Zernike.

The room has a total surface area of approx. 11m2, has a neat finish and has large windows that allow plenty of light to enter. The room is located on the first floor at the rear of the house. The living space has a square shape with straight walls and is therefore easy to arrange.

Five other housemates (some international and some Dutch) live in the house, with whom you share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and the communal sunny backyard of approx. 35m2. The house also has a shared washing machine.

The common areas must be kept clean by all residents.

The living space is located on Marsstraat, a few minutes' bike ride from the Zernike Complex. The Paddepoel shopping center is also within a few minutes' bike ride, the city center is about ten minutes away, and the main train station is 15 minutes away by bike.

The rent for the living space is 445 including gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes. The deposit for the living space is equal to one month's rent.

All our rental units have a no-smoking policy, pets are not allowed, and we always request a landlord's statement.
