Kamer in Metaallaan

From the 1st of July 2026 to the 1st of August 2027 a room is available in our cozy apartment on the 4th floor!

We are an English speaking household.

The room is approximately 18m2 facing East, for you to enjoy the sunrise every morning! Note that you will have to take over some furniture.

The rent is 600 incl. G/W/E + wifi

The kitchen, toilet, bathroom and shed will be shared between you and two others. We have a dishwasher, washing machine, airfryer and microwave! :)

The location is right in the middle of Zernike campus and the city center, both only 10 min bike distance. Shopping center Vinkhuizen (AH, Lidl, Kruidvat, etc.) is only a 5 min walk and a little further you have shopping center Paddepoel. If you don't like biking, we have a busstop right in front of our apartment!

We are looking for someone who is already further in their studies (end bachelor/master). Something that is important to us is that we do a lot of things together. One such things is groceries. By splitting the costs we save a lot of money and we want to keep doing this with our new roommate.
