Each floor includes:

All rooms are completely furnished with IKEA furniture. You can move in immediately without additional furnishing costs.

Conditions:

* Minimum stay: 1 month

* Maximum stay: 12 months (1 year)

* Deposit: equal to 1 month

* Deposit is refunded within 6 weeks after the end of the hotel agreement.
