Kamer in Radijsstraat

Starting September 1st, I will be renting out a room in my apartment. The room itself is 12.5 m², but the rest of the apartment is quite large and you will share it with only one other person. I am Nico, 33 years old, and I work full-time from home. I am originally from Italy but have been living in the Netherlands since 2017 (I also speak a little Dutch). Ideally, I am looking for a responsible person who is doing their Master's in Groningen or is also working there. Since I work full-time from home, I like to have a good personal connection with my roommate and share my home with someone who is laid-back. I also have a beautiful parakeet that is very friendly towards people and spends most of the time in my bedroom.

A little about the house:

The apartment has two floors; on the first floor, there is a large living room with a dining table and a desk that is shared. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. I also have a dishwasher and washing machine.

On the second floor, my room is on one side, and your room with a view of some greenery is on the other side. The furniture in the room will stay there, and I can also provide bedsheets.

The house is located in a neighborhood called Tuinwijk. We have a shopping center nearby, and we live right between the two major university locations, both about a 10-minute bike ride away (to the Zernike campus and to the city center).

The room costs 650 per month all-inclusive.
