The room has a total area of approx. 11m2 and has a neat finish and features large windows so there is plenty of light. The room is located on the second floor at the front of the house. The room can easily be divided into a sleeping/living and study area.

In the house live five other male (partly international and partly Dutch) roommates. With them you share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and the common sunny backyard of about 80m2. The house also has a shared washing machine.

The accommodation is located in Regulusstraat and is a few minutes by bike from the Zernike Complex. The Paddepoel shopping center is also within a few minutes cycling distance, the city center is about ten minutes and the Main Station is a 15-minute bike ride away.

The rent of the accommodation is 469,- incl. G/W/E, internet and municipal taxes. The deposit is equal to one month's rent.
