In the house live five other (partly international and partly Dutch) roommates. With them you share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and the common sunny backyard of about 80m2. The house also has a shared washing machine.

The accommodation is located in Regulusstraat and is a few minutes by bike from the Zernike Complex. The Paddepoel shopping center is also within a few minutes cycling distance, the city center is about ten minutes and the Main Station is a 15-minute bike ride away.

The rent of the accommodation is 558,- incl. G/W/E, internet and municipal taxes. The deposit is equal to one month's rent.
