A cozy room is becoming available in our Korreweg house from the 15th of June, and we are looking for chill, friendly folks to join the house!

About the house:

5 rooms in total (one housemate has two small rooms)

Shared kitchen upstairs and toilet/shower downstairs

Every room has its own sink

Sunny shared balcony (entered through a flatmates room)

No official "living room", but weve often used each others rooms for shared dinners

Not a party house, but open to occasional celebrations if were all on board

The room:

The room is cozy and full of light! It has to be taken over from the 15th of June.

The bed, built-in shelves, table, chair, couch, curtains, lamp, and fridge need to be taken over, and the price will be agreed on with the previous tenant.

Price: 517,946 (433,51 rent + 84,436 utilities and internet)

Location: Korreweg (Jumbo and Aldi 3 minutes walking, beautiful Noordernplantsoen park 5 minutes walking, 6 minutes by bike to the city center)

About us:

There are 3 of us in the house at the moment.

One 25-year-old PhD student at RUG (social/environmental psychology). She is into cooking, art stuff, sports etc. and allways up for a good conversation!

Another flatmate is 22 and studies psychology, but she will sadly be leaving in the summer.

Another flatmate is 21 and studies game design, she is also new to the house.

We are all friendly but also value alone time. So far we havent had obligatory house dinners, as most of the people are new, it will be a good moment to shape the house vibe together once everyone moves in

The viewings will be on Friday, 13th of June afternoon/evening or Saturday 14th of June. It is possible to join online! But please save this date. We will let you know if you were selected to meet us and view the room a few days before the viewing
