The apartment has 3 rooms, which are described below. You decide among yourselves who will live where. Utility costs for water, gas, and electricity are billed based on square meters.

Room 1: 523.72 (including utility costs, so this also includes advance payments for water, gas, and electricity)

Room 2: 606.32 (including utility fees, which also cover advance payments for water, gas, and electricity)

Room 3: 414.14 (including utility fees, which also cover advance payments for water, gas, and electricity)

Youll receive a campus lease. This means you can stay in the apartment for up to one year after you graduate.

The apartment is located in Vinkhuizen, 1.5 km from the Zernike Campus and within biking distance of Hanze University of Applied Sciences and the city center. An Albert Heijn, Aldi, and Lidl are within walking distance.
