The rental prices are:

Room 1, 21 m² with private rooftop terrace: 590, excluding advance payment for utilities and service charges

Room 2, 23 m²: 540, excluding advance payment for utilities and service charges

Advance payment for service charges (gas, water, electricity, TV/internet, and cleaning of common areas) per room: 105
