Kamer in Van Houtenlaan

Because I will be leaving my shared apartment in Helpman at the end of June, we are looking for a nice and social roommate to share the apartment with. Preferably someone who is at the end of their studies / starting work. You will live with 1 other roommate of 24, working illustrator, . Niek loves plants, nature, art, thrift shops and works in the catering industry at Buurman & Buurman.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor in the van Houtenlaan in Helpman. Only 10 minutes by bike to the center and shops such as Albert Heijn, Blokker, Etos etc. are a 5-minute walk away. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and the apartment is approximately 70 m2.

The room is 12 m2 and is delivered with a few items. The living room is spacious, as is the balcony and there is a dishwasher and washing machine. We also have a DIY attic and a small shed downstairs for bicycles or other items.

The rent is around 525, which also includes a washing machine and wifi. Expect 525 to 550 per month.
