Subrenting my room in Groningen for the period between the 7th July 5th of September

It is a bright, comfortable and fully furnished room with everything you'd need to start your life in Groningen.

You would live in a house with 4 other girls, all very quiet, friendly and considerate.

Main bathroom and kitchen are shared with four other people. There is also a bathtub that you'd be welcome to use. An additional kitchenette and wc are available on 1st floor and shared with one other person.

House is located in a convenient place:

- closest shop is only 1 min walking distance away

- Station and the center is 5 mins biking away

- Lots of green areas, Stadspark close as well

- Residential district, quiet neighbours

Price is 550 eur/month including all utilities. Registration is possible.
