Dear house searcher, the 2 rooms will be offered from November 1st until January 31st. The location is a 5-minute cycle to Zernike Campus, and 13 minutes to the city centre. Near the accommodation is a shopping centre with many shops. The house has 4 roommates, who are very nice and helpful. It has a big garden, where you can relax and drink your daily coffee.

The sub-tenant must be a student, as specified in the contract. The rent is 615; however, with utilities, it is around 680. The rooms will be left furnished.
