Kamer in Wouter van Doeverenplein

Dear room searchers,

from the 1st of September until the 1st of February, I am subletting my room at the Wouter van Doeverenplein, in the building Libertas. You will live on the 17th floor, with a beautiful view over the inner city, in a room of 15.98m2. You will have your own shower, toilet and sink. I will also leave my furniture (bed, desk, and closets) behind for my subletter.

The kitchen is shared with 6 others, and has 2 fridges, a freezer, 2 combi microwaves/ovens, 2 induction cooking systems, and seating. You also have your own shelf and box for storage in the kitchen.

Total rent is 650, which can rise until 670 (depending on a Dutch law that might or might not be cancelled), and this includes everything.

In the building, Dutch and English are the main languages, since there are a lot of international students living here.
