The student complex is a few minutes away from the university buildings and about 14 minutes by bike from the city center. Inside the building there is a common laundry room with washing machines and dryers, several study rooms, a games room (pool table, table tennis table, etc), a gym and a bicycle shed. And there is the possibility to book a private dining room.

Outside there is a central collection point for household waste.

The studios are upholstered and furnished:

- Curtains, closet with mirror and a desk with chair

- Kitchenette with 2 burner ceramic hob, combi microwave and fridge

- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin

- Double bed with mattress

This is an independent student room on the 3th floor

*Conditions and extra costs:

· We only rent to students. If you are no longer a student, you have to leave within 6 months.

· Rental is for students for a fixed period of six months and can not be terminated prematurely

· Sublease is not allowed and is actively checked.

In the rent are the following fees included:

· Service charges

· Supplies

· Furnishing and furniture

One-time payment in advance:

· Registration fee | 50.00

· Security deposit | 750.00

· Final cleaning studio | 100.00

Administration costs include the following cost items:

- Programming / registering the (electronic) locking system;

- Bilingual delivery of rental agreement;

- Written and oral explanation of regulations;

- Delivery of the house including explanation of the location;

- (pre) inspection when leaving the house.
