TAKING APPLICATIONS UNTIL END OF JULY! :)

~Going on an exchange semester for 5 months and looking for someone to fill the gap~

This fully furnished nifty private studio boasts a private kitchen with all sorts of appliances, including a microwave, air fryer, kettle, stove, fridge, and freezer. You'll also find a private bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a mirror.

Four toilets in the hallway are shared with other residents on the floor (~15 other apartments), alongside a shared laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Cleaning of common areas (including toilets and laundry room) is done twice a week by a cleaning company.

The rent includes everything you could think of. The apartment itself, electricity, water (hot & cold), internet, heating, laundry machines, and my very own furniture & equipment.

The location is absolutely spectacular. Everything you can think of is within minutes by foot. Definitely the highlight here, along with the view of Martini Tower & Grote Markt (obscured for privacy reasons)!

Registration is a-ok! No funny business here - subtenancy greenlit by the rental manager.

Viewings will take place in the week preceding the starting date (6-13 Aug). Preference is given to those who can make it in-person, as you can probably understand that meeting someone face-to-face who will look after your home for half a year is ideal ;D

I would love for you to introduce yourself explaining who you are, what you're like, where you're coming from, what you're doing in Groningen, what your plans are, what your lifestyle is, and why you're looking for a sublet with this date range. Anything you think is relevant, really! Effort & care is always appreciated :)

Note: The starting date is quite strict as I'd like to hand over the keys and everything on the morning of the 14th. The end date is a little more flexible, as your subtenancy can be ended a few days before the 31st if necessary, but in the last week of January nonetheless.
