A large roof terrace will be built on the roof of the apartment, which you will share with the three other residents. The other three residents also each have their own living space and their own facilities. You will share the washer/dryer, shared toilet, and dishwasher with them.
The apartment features an electronic front door lock that can be easily opened with a key fob or tag. The living area also has a digital video intercom that allows you to open the front door remotely.
The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V. (Escape Route Safety).
The apartment is located within walking distance of the Jumbo supermarket in De Beren (800m), as well as the Noorderplantsoen (200m) and the city center (1000m). The train station is 2200m away.
The rent for this apartment is 858, including municipal taxes, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and Vlucht Route Veilig (Escape Route Safety). Gas, water, electricity, and internet are not included, as residents are responsible for these. The deposit for the apartment is equal to one month's rent. Upon acceptance of the apartment, a one-time rental fee of 245 is payable to the owner.
