Environment
The apartment is entirely part of a spacious corner house located in the quiet and green Boerhaavewijk. The Burgemeester Rijnalda Park is 200 meters away, the Lidl is 900 meters away and the indoor shopping center FloridaPlein, Schalkwijk is 1500 meters away.
The various arterial roads are easily and quickly accessible by car, Schiphol can be reached in just 20 minutes via the new A9.
Structural condition
The house was completely renovated from top to bottom in 2016 with the aim of (continuing to) comply with current regulations regarding good rental policy. The fact that this was successful is reflected in the excellent score on the Construction Technical Report (this can be sent if interested).
Layout
There are no neighbors across the street due to the location of the church directly opposite the house. There is more than enough (free) parking in front of the house.
After coming through the front door, we are in the hall.
The bathroom is located on the left upon entering. With the back to the doorway of the bathroom, there is room for wardrobes on the left side, the sink with shower furniture is located in the middle and a shower cabin is placed on the right side. On the far right there is a connection for placing a washing machine and a dryer and there is space for ironing and folding clothes.
On the right upon entering you will find the modern bright kitchen with Whirlpool built-in oven and built-in dishwasher. There is a large fridge-freezer combination (Bosch) which can remain if desired (without takeover costs). If you prefer to bring your own fridge-freezer combination, this is of course no problem. At the back of the kitchen you will find a storage space for storing your vacuum cleaner, etc., out of sight.
At the end of the corridor on your left is the toilet with sink. At the end of the hall you enter the spacious living room with a view of the south-facing garden with a canopy for storage at the end of the garden. The garden side of the house was completely repainted in August 2022.

The house is equipped with new (three-point) locks and anti-burglary strips all around. The rent is EUR 1,760 per month, INCLUDING G/W/L, 500Mb/s fiber optic internet, waste tax and all other costs that are normally charged on top of the rent. There are no additional costs afterwards (besides 2 months deposit), or the rental price is actually what you pay.
