I live in a house of 130 m² and am offering a furnished room for one female student. The house is a 7-minute bike ride from Hilversum station (with direct train connections: 17 minutes to Utrecht, 20 minutes to Amsterdam) and the city center. There is a bus stop across the street with service to the station.

The shared house is fully equipped with all conveniences. The room is available for one person only.

About the room:

Approx. 14 m², with a high ceiling and large windows

Furnished with a queen-size bed, linen, and nightstand, desk with chair, curtains, mirror and drawers.

Shared spaces:

- Ground floor: spacious garden, toilet, kitchen with table, shed for bike/scooter storage, living room

- First floor: bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer, bedrooms

Other amenities:

- Free parking in front of the house

- Small supermarket within a 2-minute walk

- Nature is just two streets away

- Highway access nearby

Tenant profile:

- Quiet, (working) student or intern

- Proof of enrollment at an educational institution required

- The room is available for one person only

- no couples, no pets

Rental conditions:

- Rental period starts on April 1, 2026 (one week earlier is possible).

- Minimum rental period: 1 month

- Maximum rental period: 4 months.

Longer is not possible as I am leaving (moving out) of the house as well.
